At the risk of setting false expectations, here are the gradings. 
I'm going to err on the side of caution and purposely grade lower than I think it is.
If there are marks on the records, I will listen to the record and make sure they don't affect play-ability.
PLEASE SEE PHOTOS for condition as well!

Record Condition:  VG+ one very small mark on first song of first side, could clean up with proper cleansing.  Zero effect on play-ability.
Sleeve Condition:  VG+, you can see some of the edges of the front cover have some marks, see photos.  Obis Condition is VG+ except on corner see photos.
