Condition: This rare 7" has been carefully kept in an upright position with the actual vinyl removed from the cover (to avoid split seams) since i got it signed a few years ago. Yes i am a vinyl lover.
Cover: Mint/Near Mint. You will receive it in exactly the condition i bought it from HMV.
Vinyl: New - Never played! You will receive it in exactly the condition i bought it from HMV.

*I bought this beautiful 7" single and waited in a queue for around 50 mins just to meet and get the signatures of the band during their signing session at HMV Glasgow, Argyle Street - during the release of their album - This New Day!
The price is am willing to sell for (ie: the BUY IT NOW price) is an honest reflection of the sheer rarity and scarcity of this 100% genuine autographed rare 7" and its great investment value.
