Country Hams (aka Paul McCartney) Walking In The Park With Eloise UK 7” Demonstration record from 1974. This is scarce in standard release but even harder to find a Demo record of this release is very scarce and its nice condition is rare. Demo records by Paul McCartney are very collectible and command high prices I cant say I have seen another copy of this as a Demo.
The Sleeve: EX Some mild ringwear to both sides otherwise fine condition with no rips or tears anywhere.
The Record: NM No marks or scratches and plays fine hardly used condition. The record will be cleaned before sale on a record cleaning machine.
The Labels: NM Like New condition with no spindle wear.
