Description
For sale is an original UK first mono pressing of Cream Disraeli Gears released in 1967 which was originally purchased in London, England by a gentleman who later moved to the US. I was fortunate enough to purchase his record collection from him recently. This is a heavy vinyl pressing which is stamped with the number 593003 A1 (side 1) B2 (side 2) which usually indicates the first pressing. It is released on Reaction Records with the year 1967 on side 1 and 1966 on side 2 and the RS logo (Robert Stigwood) on both labels. The label also has the M33 triangle indicating it is a monaural recording.

The album is nice and flat showing no signs of any warping and in my opinion the vinyl is in excellent to near mint condition for it's age and looks as if it had not been played much at all, the sleeve is original showing signs of age, there is a number written in marker at the top right hand corner of the sleeve, the jacket is the shiny finish and is in very good to excellent condition front and back, there is a slight crease to one side of the front cover only visible when light reflects on it. The only downfall to the jacket is that the side spine labeling is worn away from years of handling (see picture). Overall this album is in great condition for it's age.
The additional bonus live Cream lp is also an original UK album from the same collection released in 1970 on Polydor and is a stereo recording. The album is flat and the condition of the vinyl is very good but both sides have a scratch, side A has one long light scratch on track 2 while side B has a deep scratch on track 1, which is why I'm throwing it in for FREE!
