Available here is a demo 7” vinyl single by Daddy Lindberg - Shirl / Wade In The Shade. It was issued in the UK by Columbia in 1967 and has the catalogue number DB 8138.

Matrix / Runout - Side A - Stamped - 7XCA 27863 - 1
Matrix / Runout - Side B - Stamped - 7XCA 27864 - 1
Vinyl Condition - Very Good - The record is relatively clean with a few light surface marks but no worrying scratches. I’ve listened to both sides and can confirm that there is no jumping, sticking or clicks but with a little background noise at times. This is not excessive but more apparent during Shirl, less pronounced during Wade In The Shade. Might be due the amount its been played down the years, although I sold a copy of the regular single about a year ago which was identical in terms of playing performance.
Sleeve Condition - Very Good - Red Columbia sleeve which I’m assuming is the original. Commensurate with something of this vintage, there‘s a little light creasing and four or five small edge nicks.

It is not my intention to profit from postage. If possible I use good clean recyclable material but I also buy bubble wrap, brown paper, packing tape and glue and all items are well wrapped and protected before posting. Items are also weighed and postage calculated before I list at auction and a small percentage of the charge does go towards packing costs.
