For sale is DAVE BRUBECK / BILL SMITH, "Near-Myth," on Fantasy 3319, Mono, DG, Red Vinyl, 1961.
SOUND: VG+ It has been machine-cleaned and I listened to both sides completely. Very nice sound! Overall clean, with soft routine surface noise audible at times. Not bad! A very nice listen!
VINYL: VG+ The vinyl appears to be clean and in very nice condition. The maroon/gold Fantasy labels look nice, with a couple faint spindle-marks.
JACKET: VG/VG+ A split in the center spine, all else solid. Corners slightly bumped. Laminated front cover very bright and clean, great condition! Back cover too, is bright and clean with a "promo" stamp.

Every record I auction has been cleaned on a Nitty Gritty vacuum/cleaner. I played every record to determine if there are static, tics, pops, hisses, what have you. I endeavor to thoroughly report any extraneous audio "noise" or problems of any significance. Other than that, I will report on the general condition of each record, both vinyl and jacket, according to Goldmine standards, to the best of my ability.
Every record is put into a new, clean sleeve insert. In the case of an interesting original sleeve insert, I'll include that in the sale.
If you're into this stuff, you might want to save me to your seller's list and check back periodically. I'll be putting a lot of vintage jazz records up for auction.
