Description
The vinyl is what we call a "clean VG". It does show some marks. Since it's a folk album, you will hear background for most (not all) of the recording.
To be honest the vinyl background goes with music like this. This background doesn't overpower, but this isn't a mint copy if that is what you are seeking for. All the marks are superficial, nothing feelable. Cover is as shown - G+ with moisture damage on the bottom. No splits though and displays well.
This should be a grail piece for those looking for loner folk (and it may be...). Every song is more mournful than the last. It's from 1968 and comes from the most beautiful town in all of Colorado (and that's saying something): Westcliffe. If you haven't been, you should make an attempt to go there. This clearly wasn't intended to be an underground album, it just turned out that way. Truly a real people album because of that too. Never - ever - see this one. Doubt that many were pressed. Westcliffe is isolated now, one can only imagine what it was like 54 years ago.
As always with albums that are graded lower on condition, be realistic in your expectation. We do not want you to be disappointed :-)
USA Postage is defined in the table below.
For global shipping outside of the US, we use ebay international standard delivery.
Packaging: We have over 35 years of experience shipping vinyl worldwide. We take this very seriously and it's not uncommon for us to spend 20 to 30 minutes preparing your package. LPs (including 10 inches) are shipped in solid cardboard mailers, the vinyl is removed from the album cover (and both are placed in a clear (and clean) plastic outer sleeve for storage in your collection), corners secured, so that nothing will be moving around. We use the whole box! What that means is that your record will be sitting very comfortably in the middle of the package! We use cardboard stabilizers and old record covers to secure the bottom and top. All items should arrive at your destination in the same condition it leaves here.
