Superb copy of Hunky Dory

First UK Pressing with BOBIL on side 1 runout groove

And RASPUTIN on side 2 run out groove.

This is is the version with A2 scratched out on the dead wax, which makes it that bit rarer.


The album cover is a beauty, Hunky Dory covers do not wear well, but this one is very very good.

The card is still strong and sturdy, not flimsy and flat. The album spine is in great order as well.

There are a couple of small buffs on the corners and a little ring wear but at 50 years old it's one of the best I've seen.

The rear of the cover is super clean with no marks or writing..

The original Made In England plain white sleeve is super condition.

The Inner lyrics sheet is near perfect, nice and clean with no marks or writing.


The Vinyl record is in fantastic condition and more importantly it plays really well, no skips or sticking..

Nice and clean with a great gloss, there are a few feather like marks when you hold it up to the light, but really for a 50 years old vinyl record it's a beauty..

There are bits of surface noise in the quieter parts but the audio from those big deep grooves sounds superb, they just don't make vinyl like this anymore and you can tell when you listen to it.

As you can see from the pics the labels are again in fantastic condition.


This record has been carefully looked after all it's life, it would be a great addition to any collection


Sorry for the long winded description but I wouldn't buy a record from ebay that had a few lines in it's description. It seems to work for some but it's not for me.
