Description

ZIGGY STARDUST: RARE 1st PRESSING

A GEM PRODUCTION 1st Issue LSP 4702 

Pre-Mainman contract issue BGBS 0864-1E & BGBS 0865-1E matrix numbers stamped in the run out area of the LP. This has no Mainman credit because it predates that contract.

The LP is desribed as near mint as it plays perfectly with no crackles, scratches or jumps of any sort. Very minor surface mark on side 2, but you will struggle to see it.

The label is the original thick orange glossy Victor label, in perfect condition, and the the vinyl itself is the thick and strong pressing, unlike many later pressings which used flexi vinyl. It is also beatifully shiny!

The cover is near mint with  a title side that is still 'square' and barely creased. The cover is near immaculate with only one slight 'sticker remnant' top left front (as shown in pic). The inner lyric sleeve is in very good condition with one seam slightly torn where the vinyl sits in it and a couple of minor creases. (I am pointing out these minor issues simply to avoid any overfussy buyer from seeking to find fault that was not mentioned) The LP is as near perfect as you could ever expect for a 34 year old classic album that has been treated with great care and respect and stored professionally, as any great masterpiece should demand.

I don't need to say any more as this speaks for itself to any serious collector. Hence the BUY IT NOW price, ensuring that, if you want it you can get it straight away. I have watched others recently being outbid on this gem at a price in excess of my BUY IT NOW price. Now is your chance!
