This sale is for a UK First Issue David Bowie album "Diamond Dogs", complete with gatefold sleeve.
I'm not an expert on matrix numbers, and any information I mention in this listing relating to first pressings or first issue etc. is gained mainly from searching the internet, and of course knowing how long I've actually owned the LP.
Please satisfy yourself that it is UK first issue before purchase by researching the information I give. I always try to give all legible matrix numbers where possible.

The album formed part of my collection in the 1970s, was bought by me, and has only been owned by me. It has never been on loan to anyone else as I did not really trust others to look after my albums as I did, therefore the surface of the vinyl is still in good condition.
I don't like to describe my vinyl albums by use of grading systems or by visual inspection only as I think these methods can sometimes be too varied or convoluted, open to interpretation, and consequently may lead to confusion over the true condition of the album, therefore I prefer to just give my honest opinion of what I have for sale. I always play test my albums from start to finish through good quality headphones, and this is what I base my description on.
Close up images of the album and or sleeves have been provided to compliment my description.
LABELS The labels are in excellent condition.
VINYL The surface of the vinyl looks to be in good visual condition, but has not been cleaned. There are no jumps, however I noticed on side two there is a slight scuff and several light pops (nothing major). Some occasional surface noise is present on the quieter parts and in between tracks that I would describe as being acceptable for a vinyl album of this age that has not been professionally cleaned.
GATEFOLD SLEEVE The gatefold sleeve is in really good condition for its age with no split edges, and showing very minimal storage wear, with no stickers or writing.
SHIPPING SORRY BUT I WILL ONLY SHIP THIS ALBUM TO THE UK. I will ship this album, together with the gatefold sleeve in a 12" cardboard LP mailer. To further protect the album it will also be inside a new anti static inner sleeve, bubble wrapped and two cardboard stiffeners applied.
Please note, postage cost is based on the actual Royal Mail charge plus £1.50 packaging costs.
