Welcome to 'Its the vinyl countdown' music auctions. Here you will find some of the most incredible rare records and music memorabilia for your collection. We play through most of the records, unless the item is clearly mint, or sealed..in which case we don't play them, thus maintaining their 'unplayed' status!  Obviously with some of these rare items there will be the odd 'anomoly' along the way , the odd little static pop or lead in 'sizzle' for a split second.. nothing is perfect we find! all systems differ, but we aim to describe these as accurately as possible for you.... PLEASE ENJOY THIS ITEM YOU ARE NOW LOOKING AT..

STUNNING SOUND AND VERY RARE TO FIND THESE 1st PRESSES..

THE VINYL   EX+  PLAYS SUPERB

As you can see, this vinyl is the highly prized early 1st pressing HEAVYWEIGHT VINYL - It has seen average plays and has sustained no damage or scratches.. ..we see hardly any in decent condition, so when they turn up like this..THEY ARE REGARDED AS ANYTHING BETTER THAN 'EX' AS VERY RARE! 

This pressing is a superb HEAVYWEIGHT vinyl which has retained its amazing glossy sheen and finish. There is no dulling anywhere and overall it is in incredible condition for an LP of this age. The edges are silky smooth, typical of these vintage pressings. We are seing fewer and fewer copies of this LP, so rarely do we see a copy at all, let alone like this.

JUST A COUPLE OF LITTLE SPINDLE SKATE LINES,  AND A FEW LIGHT HAIRLINES ON BOTH SIDES..BUT NO SCRATCHES OR MARKS.

On playing through we heard some very tiny light static in the dead opening grooves, and the odd incidental static in other dead spots and thats it! The whole vinyl plays amazing, and the QUIET sections super rich and clear

 No jumps, or pops and the whole record really sounded superb.

OVERALL THIS IS SIMPLY A MUST FOR ANY FINAL UPGRADE COLLECTION.

Correct LAMINATED first UK issued earliest sleeve  - with MATT INSIDE GATEFOLD

PRINTER CREDITS -  EJ DAY

 This is in super shape, with minimal wear. The edges show some NO traces of rub, just a few spider longs along each edge too , and all colours and inks remain in outstanding condition

LAMINATION GLEAMS LIKE A MIRROR

No  ringwear - some ring press on both sides and a very light dulling (cleanable) where the ring press occurs on the back panel, and all edges are super crisp.

One thumb crease on front side.

The open edge remains in sharp condition with minimal feathering on the fluff build up edge where the laminate stops short (typical of these laminated sleeves) -superb.

The spine 'leans' slightly & shows  some light rub top and bottom.

There are some tiny little laminate spider lines over the edges in  a few places..

the open gatefold is superb, no rub or white scuffing.. no wear or damage.

We cannot add any more than this! ITS A BEAUTY due to its rarity!
