DEEP PURPLE - Shades Of Deep Purple LP (UK black-silver EMI Parlophone, 1968)
This is very, very rare UK 2nd Press from early 1970 (on black-silver Parlophone label) of band's heavy psychedelic debut album reissued in ORIGINAL 1968 FLIPBACK COVER - still without Patent Pending long number on lower flipback right corner! Without a doubt it's one of their best 3 records - with such a classics like Hot As A Docker's Armpit, Rocking Man and Stranded. This pressing was done from the same masters as original issue!
COVER: EXCELLENT- Original flipback 1968 cover does have great, laminated front with just 3-4 creases on laminate and acceptable back with some rubbing and small writings. RECORD: MINT- Almost perfect! Just few tiniest surface marks. Played 2-3 times at most. LABELS: MINT(-) Both black/silver Parlophone labels are in near perfect condition.
