DEEP PURPLE machine head PURPLE RECORDS LP Repress Laminated gatefold A-1U/B-3 + EMI i/s TPSA 7504!
Original UK Repressed LP with front/back laminated gatefold sleeve, and the original EMI printed paper inner sleeve (480), released in 1973 on the PURPLE RECORDS label. Catalogue number: TPSA 7504 ("EMI RECORDS LTD" Label rim text).
Matrix numbers read: A-1U/B-3.
Sleeve/Record: EXCELLENT/NEAR MINT CONDITION (*Plays EXCELLENT)
Clean solid front/back laminated gatefold sleeve in EXCELLENT condition, has some small superficial laminate cracks/creases/lifts overlapping the spines edge and some minor record sleeve ring wear on the back, all spine print in clear, clean and intact, middle gatefold sleeve's appearance is EXCELLENT+, sleeve has no rips/tears, no edge wear, no seem splits, no writing and no sleeve creases. Record comes complete with the original EMI printed (480) inner sleeve, some small/tiny (brown) foxing marks evident, has no rips/tears, creases or any seem splits, appearance is EXCELLENT.
Labels are clean with no damage, but do have some small pitting marks, more so on the A-side (some small spots/blemishes of possible (?) foxing marks can be seen on both sides, when angling under a bright light ~ angled photographs provided to accommodate) and some small faint light spindle hole trail marks on both sides. Playing surfaces and matrix areas retain the full original glossy sheen, with a only a few (minimal and almost negligible) tiny fine line surfaces scuffs which only show up/appear when viewed at very closely whilst angling under a strong bright light. *Record plays EXCELLENT on both sides, emits a clean sound throughout with no loud/audible background surface noise (crackles or clicks). Overall a clean well preserved collectable record and in EXCELLENT/NEAR MINT condition.
