BILLY BANKS was recruited to ride on Cab CAlloway's success and in 1932 Victor was looking for someone who could do just that. They backed him with a super hot black band (sounds like Moten guys to me but no one knows for sure) and they get some trigger time on both sides.. Scat Song/Minnie Wedding Day..
