I HAVE JUST BOUGHT THE BEST NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL / HEAVY METAL / HARD ROCK COLLECTION I HAVE SEEN IN 35+ YEARS. THIS COLLECTION CAME FROM AN INDUSTRY PERSON WHO WORKED IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY BETWEEM THE LATE 70'S AND LATE 80'S SPECIALISING IN ONLY NWOBHM / HARD ROCK / METAL ETC....so keep watching over the next few weeks, as a lot of the items I have for sale never been offered before, most come with letters and promo inserts etc....
This is a THE RARE UK NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL / NWOBHM PRIVATE PRESSING PRIVATE PRESSING FIRST ALBUM by the band DIAMOND HEAD from 1980, ORIGINAL PRESSING IN BARELY PLAYED CONDITION AND A MUST !!!
This is the rare 'WHITE ALBUM" also known as "LIGHTNING TO THE NATION" album pressed by the band themselves in 1980 as a promotional album. This album is UNIQUE as the SLEEVE is SIGNED TWICE, ONCE ON THE FRONT, AND ONCE ON THE BACK WITH DEDICATIONS !!!!
The album was pressed in 1980 by the band on their own DHM RECORDS, catalogue number MMDHLP 1015. The matrices are: SIDE 1: BILBO and MMDHLP 1015 A1 and EG (etched), SIDE 2: BILBO TA1PE and MMDHLP 1015 B1 and EG (etched) The labels are white with SIDE 1 and SIDE 2 written in pen. This ALBUM copy also comes with AN ORIGINAL PICTURE SLEEVE WHICH IS SIGNED TWICE AND DEDICATED BY THE WHOLE BAND !!!.
And the condition of the VINYL is in EX+++ (PLAYED ONCE, fine hairlines only), PTWICE SIGNED SLEEVE is in VG+ comdition (some marks due to the sleeve being a white sleeve).
DON'T LET THIS RARE NWOBHM / NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL TEST PRESSING ALBUM get away as you will NEVER see another one.
