Title: Live in Hollywood (aka. "2000 Miles From Home")   CONDITION: Record: NONE.  Sleeve: MINT condition. Label: Death Records 530 Overall Condition: Very nice. Description:  Size is 8-1/2" X 12". Recorded at the Roxy April 15, 1977. In all my years of collecting, I have NEVER seen the actual Lp. Only the insert. Death was a weird label. Does it exist? Has anyone out there got one?
      You are bidding on a real, ORIGINAL, NOS (new old stock) bootleg insert cover. NO record is included with this. This is NOT a recent reprint or copy of any kind. I have owned this for about 35 years. It is in new condition with no flaws unless stated otherwise. It was never used or affixed to a cover. If your insert is used looking, taped, dirty, torn, damaged, has writing on it etc., here is your chance to upgrade your Lp with a nice insert.
