Label: Blue/White "BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC ? NEW YORK USA" No Deep Groove.
Matrix: "VAN GELDER" & "STEREO" machine stamp on both sides. No "ear" mark.
Sleeve Grading: Good Plus (G+)
Front/Back: 5" top left seam split, tape on bottom seam, edge & corner wear, stain and tear on bottom right of back cover.
