Description

You are bidding for a CLASSIC UK 60'S BEAT / BLUES single by DUFFY POWER AND THE GRAHAM BOND QUARTET called I SAW HER STANDING THERE backed with FAREWELL BABY issued on the PARLOPHONE record label in the UK in 1963, cat number R 5024( WHITE LABEL DEMO). The record is in excellent condition with vg labels, which have a pental mark on one side and slightly grubby. CLASSIC UK 60 BEAT BLUES from DUFFY POWER, who was one of the LARRY PARNES stable of rockers, and who along with DICKIE PRIDE was one of the best singers and most underated performers. He made a series of CLASSIC ROCK AND ROLL singles without haveing a hit, and during the 60's developed into one of our best BLUES artistes,making some CLASSIC records again with only minor success. Still performing and making great records today, Two great tracks BEAT BLUES and probably the best version of the BEATLES classic song. RARE and extremely hard to find. Great for parties, from my own collection
