Amazing and legendary Jazz session recorded in Rome, at "Studio A" RCA studios in 1974 by Serbian trumpeter, author of other famed Jazz albums like SWINGING MACEDONIA. Recorded on RCA spin-off label VISTA. Outstanding Modal Jazz album with pounding drums played by Joe Nay (mispelled at the bass on back cover credits). Amazing mix of Modern Jazz with Hard Bop Killer drumming cues, Smooth Jazz and Swing. Currently very popular till nowadays for the abudance of Jazz grooves and samples and the lovely Eastern Jazz vibes. A really great album, here's offered on the much rarer Promotional version.

Fascinating album with 3 long suits on side A, with overflowing Bop drums along the entire LP. Eastern horns and Piano styled, heavy eletric bass and doublebass recorded in the HQ sounds of RCA studios. "SLAVIC MOOD" on side A and "KOSMET", "EAST OF MONTENEGRO" on side B stand out among the tracks with 2 drums solo on opening SLAVIC MOOD and in the closing "FLYING ROME". Legendary masterpiece!
RECORD: Lovely MINT- top shape.
COVER: Solid VG+/VG++ shape, wear point on top front cover. Some age yellowish on both front and back. Very nice shape.
