Description

I’ve just played this album after many years and it plays well.  There are a couple of surface marks and some background noise; Side 1 is excellent but there are some audible clicks on Side 2 (5 on track 2, and 2 each on tracks 2 & 3) so I would describe the vinyl as Very Good (as per Album Collector Description). This does not spoil the pleasure of listening to this vintage album. The outer and sleeve is in excellent condition – see photos.

This is a compilation album of live recordings made at the world famous Baalbeck Festival;with performances from some of Lebanon’s greatest singers and all with the wonderful, stirring Dabke dance rhythm.

Album catalogue number GVDL 55 on the Voix de l’Orient Series manufactured and distributed by EMI, Greece.

Selling as currently down-sizing my too-large album collection.

The album has been cleaned with AudioZomba Shimmer – a professional vinyl cleaning & restoration spray and will be posted in Protective LP Record Mailer.
