Description
Epic LA 16011, mono, strobe-like lines on the perimeter of the label, deep groove. Leader, Bailey, drums; Clark Terry, trumpet; Curtis Fuller, trombone; Charlie Rouse, tenor sax; Horace Parlan, piano; Peck Morrison, bass. 4 tracks. Minor tear on 1 label which is barely noiticable and probably from an old sticker. The record date was performed "live". Cover: VG(-) Bottom edge has completely split. some light underlining and a few short comments from the previous owner written on the back cover. Some aging on both the front and back cover. Light soil from handling on the front and back cover. Partial record ring on the front and back cover. Small scuff line at the top of the front cover. Record: VG++ to Mint(-) Visually shows no wear. There are a small number of short, very light, brush-like rub marks. These are barely noticeable and do not effect the fine sound. Playerd a number of times , but as mentioned, no sign of wear. I have indicated a VG++ as part of the rating as there are some light clicks on Side 2 (on 1 tune) behind Terry's extended solo. A few clicks repete. Otherwise, no surface noise. Audibly checked.
