Description
Original first press record. Aladdin Sane by David Bowie. On the orange RCA with victor on right hand side.
The matrix is CPRY 4543 - 3T on side 1 and CPRY 4544 - 3T on side 2 which I believe is the lowest matrix number for this record.
It is housed in the original gatefold sleeve WITH “Shorewood Packaging Co. Ltd., England”
The thick card lyric inner sleeve is also present (I have included a regular paper sleeve to protect the vinyl as well)
The original Fan club card is also present totally intact and NOT written on.
CONDITION
The gatefold sleeve is in GOOD condition. The spine is NOT crushed. Some minor stains which are hardly noticable (Removed after the picture was taken) There are 5 pin prick sized marks on the front of the cover. they haven't punctured the cover but have left some slight indents.
The card lyric inner sleeve is in VERY GOOD condition. Some signs of wear/age but completely intact.
The Fan club Card is in VERY GOOD condition. It would be mint if it were'nt for some brown spotting on it.
The vinyl is in VERY GOOD condition. Unfortunatly the card inner sleeve has left some minor scuffs on it. Hardly noticable. The record hardly looks played.
Brilliant clear sound.
I am selling some of my collection off. I also have 3 other first press Bowie records along with many other rare vinyl.
