We are conveniently located downtown Toronto in the Sheraton Centre Hotel Concourse Level. We are part of the underground PATH that links all of the downtown Toronto office buildings to each other.
Close by are Nathan Phillips Square, the Toronto Eaton Centre, the Queen St., Osgoode Hall, and Dundas St. subway stations and for those of you who drive, there is a convenient municipal underground parking lot entrance right beside us.

A little secret for those of you driving: if you wash your car in the Soft System Car wash in the parking lot, you get to park free for 30 minutes (just in time to pick up or drop offyour eBay items)

1. You must be a verified and confirmed Paypal member in order for me to ship an item to you.. If you are not verified and confirmed, we may wait for the paypal dispute period to pass before we ship out the item. For those of you who have had the unfortunate incident of having your paypal account and credit card hijacked, you know why we must strictly adhere to these rules.

2. Even if you live in North America, you must also be a verified and confirmed Paypal member for us to ship your purchase to you otherwise we may wait for the paypal dispute period to pass before we ship out the item.

3. ´What if i have great feedback rating?´---- Well, if this is the case, and you are at least confirmed OR verified, we may ship the item to you prior to the Paypal dispute period ending. We will take Ebay feedback ratings into account when shipping an item out prior to Paypal's dispute period. We think that Ebay's feedback rating reflects the integrity of a member quite accurately. If you have a very good Ebay feedback rating without any negative marks against you, we may choose to ignore Paypal's strong suggestions that we ship only to confirmed AND verified members and we may ship to members that may be only confirmed or verified. In order to avoid a deluge of emails asking us 'what would you consider a great feedback rating?', i will start a benchmark right now of an Ebay feedback rating of 50 withOUT a single negative feedback remark. Please do not email me and ask me if i will ship you an item. My rules are quite simple. If you are Paypal confirmed and verified you will get your item expediently BEFORE the dispute period is over.. If you are not, then you will get your item AFTER the dispute period is over, if not sooner..

4. For those of you who are local to Toronto, we offer local pick up at our downtown location at no charge AFTER you have made a verified and confirmed paypal payment. You may alternatively make payment at pick up in CDN or US Cash. We currently do NOT accept payment via Debit, Credit Card (unless you pay via paypal) or cheque/money order/bank draft. The reasons for this are to keep our consignment auctions simple and make repayment administration effortless.

5. We always ship your purchases via CanadaPost Expedited/Express or Airmail. Whenver there is a tracking number available for your service, we will include it in an email. In order to integrate our Ebay purchases wth our Paypal purchases and shipping, we only ship using Paypal's Canadapost shipping service. Because the shipping labels created by Paypal and Canadapost's service are automatically created from the data in your Paypal address field, please ensure that your information is correct. We will not manually change anything in the shipping field because it will void our insurance and Paypal protection policy. Once the item has shipped, you will receive an automated email from Canadapost and Paypal to let you know the item is on its way and a tracking number if there is one.

6. Shipping to the USA is usually 4 to 10 business days. Shipping within Canada is usually 3 to 7 business days. International Shipments vary from 2 to 8 weeks.

7. We work very hard to keep shipping costs low while you offering the safest packaging for your purchase. We have a flat fee for US Destinations, Canadian Destinations and International Destinations. These fees include both packaging and postage with insurance. We do not negotiate on shipping for individual auctions, however we do combine shipping with auctions purchased within a reasonable time frame.

8. Although we will always endeavour to consign 'sellable' items. Backroomstuffs will not accept or bare any liability for any damage, loss or claim by or against the Consignor for any damages, losses, theft, or misrepresentation as it pertains to the storage, sale or offer for sale of the goods.

9. Acting only as an agent to the consignor, Backroomstuffs does not accept or assume any rights in title to the goods. Backroomstuffs does not assume or accept any liability, obligation, debt or demand by or against Backroomstuffs for any representation as to warranty of the goods.
