Description
This is my own personal copy of the very rare Bowie Mercury LP. It is a first pressing. It is still in it's original sealed shrink wrap. From the front, the top left cellophane is breaking up. You can see in one of my photos, the opening side where the record would come out is still completely covered with the shrink wrap. I would very strongly recommend that you not open the Superpolyclear resealable outer record sleeve that it is in due to the fragile nature of the 47 year old shrink wrap. It will not be returnable if you should choose to remove it from this outer sleeve.
This is not a cutout. It is an original first pressing as you would have bought in the store the first day it came out in 1969! This major Bowie rarity will be mailed in a record mailer box with at least four extra sheets of cardboard to stiffen the box. It will be insured, at my cost, for the selling price. On this album was the first appearance of David's masterpiece "Space Oddity."
