Description
David Bowie The Man Who Sold the World, Mercury original dress cover album, UK first pressing. Purchased on its release by my late husband and has been in our possession since. The edges of the fragile cover were unfortunately taped in a misguided attempt at preservation many years ago - this has mostly flaked off but has left faint marks around the outside. There is no writing or rips.
The original inner sleeve is missing.
The vinyl itself bears the mis-spelling “Tonny Visconti” on both sides. This has not been played since the early years, and has not been tested as I have nothing to play it on. There looks to be a few light scratches on the surface.
No “buy it now” offers - it will run until the end of the auction.
