Description

 This auction is for a single record of The Dead Boys song " Sonic Reducer " with "  Down in Flames " on the flip side.

 The Dead Boys were a legendary punk rock group from Cleveland, Ohio. Featuring Cheetah Chrome on lead guitar, Jeff Magnum on bass, Johnny Blitz on drums, Jimmy Zero on rhythm guitar, and Stiv Bators on vocals. The song Sonic Reducer has influenced many bands, having been covered by everyone from Guns and Roses, Pearl Jam and Overkill.

 Singer Stiv Bators went on to form the Lords of the New Church with ex Damned guitarist Brian James, Sham 69 bassist Dave Tregunna and Barracuda's Drummer Nick Turner. The record sleeve mentions a special thanks to Damned vocalist Dave Vanian. Cheetah Chrome has also released many records in the years since this 1977 release.

 This record will make a great addition to anyone's record collection. I don't have a turntable to test the record out, but it appears to have no scratches or warping.
