    The Dead C. " Live Auckland New Zealand 6/14/96  "   A very rare LP , I bought this and a few other King Lathe-cut records in the pre-ebay days through Goldmine Magazine from a record dealer in Auckland . I'm not sure how many of these were made, there is no info that I have been able to find on this one so I'm guessing very few.  It has a handmade sleeve of three Xerox's cut and pasted on an old 20 Solid Gold Hollywood and Broadway Hits album.
