Dead Sea Fruit - Dead Sea Fruit (Camp, 1967)
Hard to find slice of quirky humorous pop/psych from 1967 on the shortlived Camp label.
As one collector commented on Discogs "A brilliant, little-heard gem by a band that actually played at the legendary UFO club and released a 1967 single with the very appropriate for the period title Love at the Hippiedrome. Fantastic lyrics like Psychiatric Case, lovely melodies like Matters and some great psychedelic ravers like Kensington High Street and Seeds of Discontent."
Front laminated sleeve is in fine condition with minimal signs of wear - just a couple of minor marks on the back cover.
The vinyl is bright and glossy and in great condition - it plays through really well and the odd hairline has no impact on the audio. Really great listen.
Camp labels in fine shape too with no notable wear.
Plain white paper inner sleeve with the odd age spot.
Only copy on eBay UK at time of listing - this is RARE.
