DESCRIPTION: Deep Purple LP- Fireball . In textured (inside and out) gatefold sleeve. Complete with Harvest advertising poly lined inner bag and lyric insert. Very early UK pressing matrices ending A2U/B3U. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Harvest SHVL 793 YEAR OF RELEASE: 1971 COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG+/EX. Vinyl is quite clean with a only a few light hairlines. Played lengthy passages of this today on my Pro-ject deck. Sits flat on the turntable. Sounds very near excellent. Clear and loud, with great depth and fantastic seperation. As always there is a touch of surface sound in the very quiet intro to "Fools". Once the music kicks in its history. Cover has less than light edgewear, light cornerwear and negligable creasing. NO RING WEAR , which is a miracle with this textured sleeve. Very clean inside of gatefold too. Immaculate spine- retains fantastic shape and blackness. Insert is also Excellent, clean and nice shape. Very clean labels. Hrvest inner bag is also Excellent, no splits, poly still fully attached etc. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading System but please note that GRADINGS ARE VISUAL ONLY UNLESS STATED. You are likely to get some background noise , even if its just between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES (INCLUDING SIGNIFICANT INNERS) PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS.
