Explanation for this new Account:
I will put in this new account some rare LP's from a friend collection. This guy is a record collector from years and has a good experience in dealing some high quality and rare stuff.

Demi Heure - S/T
LP on Demi Heure DH-10111 (Original Canada PRESS)
Description:
A rare one, from Quebec City, here is Demi Heure with is folk prog sound.
this is a private press.
comes with a photocopy of the original rare insert.

Condition:
Cover : VG+ (discoloration and slight ringwear, some color pen marks probably due to a child on front cover)
Vinyl : VG+ (LP has some superficials marks ans small scratches which gives slight of noise, but really enjoyable LP)
Grading :
NM: Near Mint - May have very slight visible mark or very light scuffing that should not affect the record's play. Groove Surface should be bright and appear as new or little played. Cover should be close to prefect with minor signs of wear or age just becoming evident: Slight ring-wear, minor denting to a corner, or writing on cover should be noted properly.
NM-: Near Mint Minus - Between NM and VG+
VG+: Very Good Plus - May have more noticeable, but not major, imperfections. May Have light scratches and play with some slight surface noise, but nothing that impedes the sound.
VG: Very Good - Record surface has several moderate and some major flaws such as scratches that can be felt with fingernail. The record will play with surface noise but nothing that overwhelms the sound. It should not stick or skip. Usually a cover is VG when one or two of these problems are evident: ring wear, seam splits, bent corner, loss of gloss, stains, etc...
VG- : Very Good Minus - Record surface has many defects with visible scuffs and scratches that can be felt. The presence of noise is substantial and distracting, but one can still hear the recording. It should not stick or skip (unless mentionned).
G: Good - Really not so good. It will play with distracting noise and may be warped and/or stick or skip. Cover is used, color are used, and sometimes water damage, or tear out.
Note: LP, 7" or 10" could be graded only visually, ask for if not clearly described.

Note : lp's with Gatefold cover can count as two LP due to heavy weight.

TERMS and CONDITIONS:
This Description stands as a contract between Buyer and Seller.
- Buyer or Seller must contact each other within 3 days after auction ends. And payment must be received within 7 days after auction end for international buyers, 10 days for canadian buyers.
- I try to send LP's very quickly after payment received (usually within one week). I'am not a record Shop. So i sell records as a free time passion.
- I usually buy new cardboard to do by myself solid LP's Box (that's why shipping costs are 1$ more than reality). But note that sometimes, i use old one, that are in good shape.
- Please do not hesitate to contact us before the end of the auction.
- If item is not as described, please contact us, and send it back at your charge!!! We will refund item only, not the shipping cost.
