Description

Offered for sale are some ex sound system dubplate mixes from my personal collection.

All of the tracks are from old sound system dub plates or, where possible, straight from the original master tapes.

The winning bidder will receive a cd with the tracks included and if requested the tracks can be re-cut onto a dub plate at a cost of £30.00, winner to advise.

All tracks have been professionally cleaned with most of the large clicks & pops removed. There are no jumps and all tracks are perfectly playable. Please make sure you listen carefully to the sound samples as no refunds are offered on cd's. Should the cd skip during playback the cd will be replaced.

All Tracks by Dennis Brown

1) Revolution - Original Dub Plate Pressure. Anyone going to dances in the early 80's will remember how dissapointing it was when this tune was released as it was so different to the one the sound systems had been playing. Here is a chance to own a piece of musical history along with the dub.       

2) Revolution Version

3) Milestone - A Solomonic production from around 77/78 with all the hall marks of Bunny Wailer from that period. As far as I am aware this track was never released. Great roots monster. From Tape.

4) Have no Fear - Completely different mix from the release, sounds like Tubbs.
