Description
Dennis Brown's all time classic 'Revolution' in it's sound system dub-plate form, stripped and basic. I have owned this for many years but seldom played.
Cut on a metal plate with vocal and dubs plus a decent track called 'Deh Pon Street' by a singer I don't recognise, again vocal and dubs. It is only fair to point out that the condition is typical dub-plate of the era with surface noise, pops and marks very audible, slighly improved using distilled water. I played the Dennis through with a faithful Stanton 500 (I only dj with these) but a Stanton Diablo jumped in a few places, the other tracks played okay. I have tried to be as honest as possible about the plates condition but, despite it's far from audiophile quality, feel it's still a worthwhile piece of reggae history for an avid collector. Overseas buyers postage rates will vary.
