Record: Dexter Gordon - Dexter Calling...

Label/Cat#: Blue Note / BLP-4083

Pressing info: This is the original 1961 MONO pressing. The P/"ear" and RVG is present in the dead wax.

GRADING (VG+): Visually the vinyl has a handful of hairlines and light surface scuffs.

  • Vinyl (play-graded): This has been play graded in full and is a very nice VG+ sounding record. There is surface noise at times during quiet sections. Big, clear, full sound. Great copy!
  • Side A: Visually there are a few sizable hairlines. One of which impacts tracks 2. I heard roughly 4 ticks, which were not cyclical on my turntable. This would be my only note on the side. Any other marks do not impact play. It's a fantastic player.
  • Side B: Beautiful sounding side, which only light surface noise at times. There are some hairlines visually but they do not impact play
  • Jacket: VG+ Please see pictures for details. Reach out with any questions. Some wear to corners and a small instance of writing on the back. Really nice copy overall.
  • Insert/Inner: Original inner sleeve included, along with an archival-quality inner sleeve.

SHIPPING:
Record ships outside the jacket to prevent seam splits. Packed in a sturdy Mighty Mailer with padding.
