Description

Didn't You Hear? (Custom Fidelity, US 1969?) Cover: VG++ (some light ring wear) Record: VG to VG++ (vinyl looks EX but plays crackly at times due to low budget pressing quality, side b-label has some stuff on it, some kind of liquid at one time?) Very rare lp on the Custom Fidelity label. Nearly impossible to find obscure soundtrack to the hard to find movie "Didn't You Hear?" Fantastic avant garde, experimental electronics with occasional exotica leanings by moog-master Mort Garson, a.k.a. Lucifer of the "Black Mass" lp. Very trippy stuff with a mysteriously odd cover. If you like things done by the likes of Nik Pascal Raicevic, Igor Wakhevitch or the "Black Mass" lp in general, you'll need this. Plays pretty crackly at times due to Custom Fidelities notoriously poor pressing quality, though I suspect a round on a Nitty Gritty might help. This one doesn't turn up much, so here is your chance. No reserve. Good luck! Check out these links for some cool sound samples:  http://speedwayfilms.com/didntyouhear1.mov  and  http://speedwayfilms.com/didntyouhear2.mov
