The front of the record sleeve has a colorful picture of the Mowgli with the bear
The back of the sleeve has titles of other Disneyland Records

- Record: VG++VG+ (Side B has faint surface noise, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VG+VG++ (Side A has writing from a red pen, otherwise VG++)
- Sleeve: VG+VG+ (Tiny bit of wear along bottom. Tiny bit of wear at corners otherwise VG++VG++)
