This is a Long-Playing record of all the music from Walt Disney's 1946 Animated/Live Action Motion Picture "SONG OF THE SOUTH"
A Disneyland label by SPARTON in Canada, this extremely rare version of the soundtrack includes not only the songs, but the film score music by Daniele Amfitheatrof as well!

Disney Studio Choir and the Hall Johnson Choir perform choral vocals

Johnny Lee as Brer Rabbit and Nicodemus Stewart as Brer Bear
Hattie McDaniel as Aunt Tempie
The live action cast was headed by James Baskett, Ruth Warrick, Hattie McDaniel, Bobbie Driscoll and Luana Patton.
Final tape edting for this phonograph record master was done by Tutti Camarata.
The surfaces of both sides of this wonderfully RARE LP are very clean, and play fine.
The cover is also clean, with only normal wear for a vintage album...and one 4" area at the top open edge consisting of a strip of Scotch Magic Tape to close the open 4" split. This was a routine inherence for all LP covers over the years!
This Disney Collector's Dream is special not only because it contains the Academy Award winning song Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah, and all the original score as well, it hails as a rare unobtainable and oftten controversial classic from Walt Disney!
