Description
Ultra hard to find, the double LP unofficial release of live tracks by the Dogs D'Amour. Released 1989. Label is International RO (made in France), reference 'Dog 21'.
The 2 vinyl LPs contain a total of 30 tracks. Tracks 1 - 4 on the first disc are demos from 1985. Tracks 5 & 6 are original mixes recorded in Finland during April 1984. The remaining tracks recorded live at Dingwalls, London UK on 17 May 1989.
My husband bought this record new in 1989 and the records are unplayed, glossy and perfect. They've been stored in a record case for the past 22 years.
Each LP bears a plain white label marked with 1, 2, C and D to denote which side you're playing. Quite why this set has 1 & 2 and then C & D is a mystery, but the records were purchased new from a single source, so maybe two different sets were made or numbering wasn't consistent. This one therefore may be even harder to find than the fully lettered versions. Labels are pristine.
The cover has a little light shelf wear from the time before it was placed in a record case, but nothing glaring enough to spoil the sleeve. Please see photos - there's a blackish scuff near the top edge of the rear cover, and a small black scuff in the centre of the rear cover.
