Description

This is Blue Note BST-84259, Donald Byrd Blackjack, a Liberty original (?) stereo issue of this classic record. The record is new, still sealed in shrink wrap.  The original cover is mint as well with the  shrink wrap intact. Because the cover has the proper Liberty address for that time (1776 Broadway NY / 6920 Sunset Blvd. Los Angeles) and no other markings on the bottom of the back cover (see 2nd photo) to indicate the later UA affiliation  I believe this to be the original issue. However, unlike the previous two listing of sealed Donald Byrd Blue Notes, I am a bit more unsure. This then should be a superb copy of an original Blue Note issue. Please check our other listings as we discount shipping for multiple orders. Thanks for looking.
