Donizetti Daughter of the Regiment Sutherland UK Decca SET 372/3
Joan Sutherland with Luciano Pavarotti with the Convent Garden Orchestra conducted by Richard Bonynge performs the Donizetti opera “La Fille du Regiment”. A two record set, this is an English stereo pressing on the Decca Label (SET 372-3), and the labels have a full frequency stereophonic sound fatband, ffss logo, and “Made in England” at 10 o’clock. The records are of excellent appearance and play and sound superb with a minimum of surface noise. The box has some very minor wear to the edges and the libretto is excellent.
