Please see photos for details. I did not bother to take photos of the actual records because you really wouldn't be able to tell the condition of them anyway from a photo.
I am grading this using the Goldmine record grading standard. Using this standard I am grading this record a VG+.
I am grading the cover at a VG+. It does have an original price tag stapled to the front cover.
All my records ares sold with the expectation that they should be cleaned. These have all been sitting in collections on shelves etc for years and dust does make its way into the record sleeves.
