Description

Lovely original 1957 copy of the classic Ella & Louis Again Vol. 1 double-LP on Verve MGV-4006-2. Both discs are just beautiful and play gorgeously with barely the slightest light crackle between songs. A few light superficial sleeve scuffs, maybe, but on the whole these discs are just beautiful and play without issue. The cover has some general shelfwear but not terrible. This copy was a demo copy for Music City, a classic Hollywood record shop long gone now... anyhow in those days they used to take one copy of a popular new release and use it to play for customers, or to let them take into the listening booths. This is one of those copies and has the sticker to show it. Anyhow the cover was apparently tossed around a bit but the discs were treated well. There are seam splits across the entire top edge of both record pockets, and a split in the middle of the lower edge on one pocket. Some ringwear and corner and edge wear, but still very nice to look at. See photos. Anyhow it is a great playing original copy.
