Very limited promotional LP for his album "Almost Blue". Features spoken word introductions to all 12 of his country songs recorded by his band in Nashville.
The cover is a 'paste up' and has a drawing of the band by Bruce Thomas on white paper with the unique copy number and the artists' names stamped next to their signatures in various colours.
The back has a track listing, intro cues and times printed in black on blue paper.
This is the UK promo, made in Great Britain and issued on F-BEAT records.
Although these occasionally come up for sale and are very desirable items, this copy is even more special as it is numbered 000001 and we are led to believe that this actual copy was intended to be given to Elvis himself at the press launch.
This must be the most desirable copy of this rare album and we will provide a certificate of authenticity to the lucky purchaser.
