This item is from my Fathers' Estate.
This listing is for a Rare (1956) Elvis Presley Vinyl LPM-1254 RCA VICTOR LP Record - 1ST PRESSING - 1ST RUN.
The Cover has "Elvis" in pale pink and "Presley" in pale green - with the Logo box in the top right corner having the same colors and catalog number.
On the label of side 1 - P.D. (Public Domain) is listed after the song writing credits of the song "Just Because".
Matrix Numbers for Side 1: G2 PP1282-3S Side 2: G2 PP1283-1S
1) The Record Album is in Excellent condition (VG++) with a few small marks predominately on Side 2
2) The Album Cover is in Excellent + condition with a few light marks and some signs of age toning.
The Cover has no writing - corners, edges & opening are super clean with no issues.
3) The Original Onion-Skin Sleeve is in very good condition.

This Album was part of my Fathers' collection. I have just pulled it out of storage since it was put there in the early 1980's.
I have not attempted to clean it nor have I played it since we have not had a player in the family since the 1990's.
When I opened it (with gloves) I was surprised as to what great shape it was in. This Album will only go up in value and I do not think
that anyone will be disappointed with this purchase.
