Description
ELVIS PRESLEY – FROM MEMPHIS TO VEGAS (LSP-6020) FIRST PRESSING on RIGID VINYL and with “ERROR CREDITS” on SIDE 2 LABEL. INCLUDES BOTH BONUS PHOTOS in HIGH GRADE!
RECORDS: Record 1: VG with pleasing, glossy surfaces. However, there are many fine but non-feelable scratches present. Some of these result in some noticeable audible “ticks”, especially between tracks. Both records play through with no skips or repeats! The Orange labels on this Hollywood pressing are clean and attractive but show some light spindle marks. The Side 2 label erroneously shows “Words” as written by Tommy Boyce-Bob Hart and “Suspicious Minds” as written by Frances Zambon. The credits were later corrected to show B., M. and R. Gibb and Mark James, respectively. The matrix numbers end with 6S/5S, respectively. Record 2: VG++ (EXC) with clean, glossy surfaces. There is just a small number of very light paper sleeve scuffs on both sides which have no effect on the audible performance. The Orange labels are beautiful, though there are a few light spindle marks noticed. Record 2 typically shows less use than Record 1 in this set. The matrix numbers end with 5S/6S.
COVER: VG++ (EXC) with no seam splits, tape, writing or saw cuts. Some very light ring wear is observed, however. The spine, upper and lower edges are fully legible and smooth all the way around. The original “ELVIS’ Great LP Catalog” (40D) inner sleeves are included.
BONUS PHOTOS: NM (Photo b – Elvis sitting, holding his guitar) – “Sincerely yours, Elvis” and NM- (Photo d – Left profile) – “Thanks, Elvis”. This photo shows some minor bending at the upper right corner tip. There is absolutely no writing or any evidence of ever having been mounted. Beautiful and original!
GOOD LUCK!
I COMBINE SHIPPING! Cost will be $4.16 to the Continental U.S. and International shipping cost is calculated through eBay's Global Shipping program. Should you win more than one record in my auctions, PLEASE do not pay until you receive an updated invoice from me reflecting Combined Shipping! Otherwise, I will have to refund you the difference for over-paid shipping. International Shipping is available to select countries. Please do not ask me to check “Gift” instead of “Merchandise” or to declare a low value on the Customs Form! This would be considered Mail Fraud. I ship all records packaged with the best of care to ensure that they arrive to your doorstep in the same condition as when they leave my hands.
ALL of my records are U.S. pressings unless otherwise stated.
Payment is expected within 5 (Five) days from close of auction via PAY PAL ONLY – NO EXCEPTIONS, PLEASE. I normally ship within three business days from close of auction, but please allow a little extra time in the event of a holiday.
Returns are accepted if you are not completely satisfied with your item. I strongly believe that my grading of records is spot-on, but we’re all human and something may occasionally be missed upon inspection. I will do my best to ensure customer satisfaction.
2023 marks 45 years of experience for me in this wonderful hobby. I specialize in Elvis Presley because he is "The King".
