A scarce and highly collectible Eastern European promotional pressing issued in Poland in 1977 following Elvis Presley’s death. This release was produced as a commemorative promo, never intended for retail sale, and features translucent blue vinyl with original Polish KDSAC labels.
The sleeve is marked “HURT: LIVE ON STAGE IN ’77” and confirms this as a limited promotional issue, pressed, printed, and packaged in Poland. These KDSAC Elvis pressings are well known among collectors for their low production numbers and unique Cold-War-era origin.
