The time has come for me to thin down my vast collection of Elvis Presley albums and singles as I need to downsize my holdings. I have decided to continue with the scarce Tan Label series, issued from 1975 to 1976, a very short time period. This is the reason why they are tougher to find; they were pressed in fewer quantities.


ELVIS PRESLEY – THAT’S THE WAY IT IS (LSP-4445) SUPER RARE, NEAR MINT TAN LABEL COPY in FULL ORIGINAL SHRINK WRAP!

 

RECORD: NM with beautiful, glossy surfaces! This record is a bit heavier and not as flexible as the usual “Dynaflex” records of the era. The tan labels exhibit the large ring beneath the labels, reminiscent of the pre-1971 “Deep Groove” records. These labels are beautiful and show just a few extremely light spindle marks.

COVER: MINT with full, and tight, original shrink wrap! The back slick shows some downward streaking of black ink from the original manufacturing which is only mentioned for accuracy. The original store price sticker remains fully affixed on the front and the original “ELVIS’ Great LP Catalog” (54D) inner sleeve is included.

All records are shipped in the correct cardboard folding mailers with the record separated from the cover, then inserted together within a clear polyvinyl sleeve, then sandwiched between two sheets of cardboard filler pads within the mailer to ensure optimum protection.
