Description

ELVIS PRESLEY promo double album AS RECORDED AT MADISON SQUARE GARDEN

 

This is from a radio station vinyl library that was discarded in the 1980s.  It’s been carefully stored
in my air conditioned, non-smoking home since, but I had not listened to it or inspected it until this auction.  

The cover has some wear and what might have been a coffee stain (see photo 1).  It looks
like a few of the song titles may have some light check marks or highlights next to them. 

I’d rate the vinyl condition VG+.  I listened on headphones after a “discwasher” cleaning
and heard just minor surface noise.  It doesn’t appear these albums were used for airplay,
as there are no grease pencil marks or “cue burn.”

One of the paper sleeves has a 2 inch tear.
