Condition:
Jacket: Condition of jacket is NEAR MINT with nice bright artwork, clean pristine reverse, perfect seams and corners. Flawless in every respect. Reverse is clean and white. A nicer example does not exist.
Vinyl: Beautiful NEAR MINT with 100% of original gloss, as clean as can be found. Labels are clean and pristine. Fidelity is superb. You will not find a nicer copy anywhere.
NOTE: This item came from a large collection of 45 rpm records and picture sleeves, where the original owner – a dedicated Elvis fan - stored the sleeves and EP jackets separately from the discs in a separate platter pack. This resulted in the sleeves being preserved in pristine condition over the years so that they are in virtually the same condition as when originally purchased in the 1950s-60s. The discs appear to have been played one or two times at most, and handled with the utmost care. Examples this nice are few and far between.
