Description

Very nice copy of the original UK 1967 LP on the EMI/Columbia label, SAX 5287, Mozart Piano Concertos 24 and 27, Annie Fischer, piano, with the New Philharmonia Orchestra conducted by Efrem Kurtz. Red 1st Semi label, ED1 with 2/2 matrix suffixes.

Sleeve has a few light edge and thumb opening creases and a little extremely light ringwear. Lovely clean laminate and very clean, white back, with superb flipbacks; sleeve grades EX+ overall.

Vinyl is flat, no warp. It plays very strongly indeed, with clear stereo audio. There is some light background crackle on both sides, more evident at the beginning of each side. Also some light distortion towards the end of each side. Still an enjoyable listen, and vinyl grades VG to VG plus.
