One of the rarest Mercury Living Presence releases, ENCORE PLEASE features Sir John at the helm of the Halle Orchestra playing a host of classical favorites.

Selections include Nicolai MERRY WIVES OF WINDSOR OVERTURE; Sibelius VALSE TRISTE; Massenet UNDER THE LINDEN TREES; Chabrier JOYEUSE MARCHE; Sousa STARS AND STRIPES FOREVER; Ponchielli DANCE OF THE HOURS; Tchaikovsky ANDANTE CANTABILE; and Purcell TRUMPET VOLUNTARY.

A Wilma Cozart, Bob Fine recording, mastered by George Piros: In a cover with a touch of edge and an old price sticker on front.  Record within will play VG+.

Shipping and handling is $5 for up to 5 LPs shipped within the States. Internationally, $15 via airmail for the first LP, $3 each thereafter. (Canada is half that.) Boxes over 4 lbs., add another $6, because First Class is no longer available at that weight, just Priority Mail. Note, too, boxed sets of LPs require more postage.
